Shipping Method

All orders ship via USPS Priority Mail, which includes:

  • Tracking on every order

  • Estimated delivery 1–3 business days after shipment

  • Up to $100 of USPS insurance per package

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days

  • Tracking information is emailed once your order ships

Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

Intentionally Distressed is not responsible for:

  • USPS delays

  • Weather-related delays

  • Packages marked as delivered by USPS

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout

Returns & Exchanges

Sales Policy

All sales are final.
We do not offer refunds.

Exchange Eligibility

Exchanges may be approved only if all conditions below are met:

  • Item is unworn

  • Item is unwashed

  • Item is clean, odor-free, and unaltered

  • Item is returned in original condition

  • Exchange request is made within 7 days of delivery

Items showing signs of wear, washing, damage, or odor will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

Exchange Return Shipping Fee

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping on exchanges

  • A $8.99 return shipping fee applies to all approved exchanges

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchange Process

  1. Contact us to request an exchange

  2. If approved, a PayPal invoice for $8.99 will be sent to the email used at checkout

  3. Return instructions will be provided after the invoice is paid

  4. Exchanges are processed once the returned item is received and inspected

Exchange approvals will be canceled if the return shipping invoice is not paid within 7 days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include your order number

  • Provide clear photos of the item and packaging

If approved, we will replace the item or offer store credit at our discretion.

Damage caused by normal wear, improper washing, or customer misuse is not considered a defect.

Payment Disputes & Chargebacks (PayPal)

By completing a purchase on Intentionally Distressed, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all policies listed on this page.

PayPal disputes or chargebacks filed for:

  • Orders marked as delivered by USPS

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect sizing

  • Failure to review this Shipping & Exchanges policy

may be challenged using order records, USPS tracking confirmation, delivery verification, and this published policy.

Dispute Resolution

Customers must contact us directly before opening a PayPal dispute.
Disputes opened without prior communication may be denied if they conflict with the policies stated on this page.

Proof of Delivery

All shipments include USPS tracking and delivery confirmation.
Packages marked as “Delivered” by USPS are considered fulfilled and non-refundable.

Fraud Prevention

Intentionally Distressed reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or decline exchanges in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or excessive disputes.
