Exchange Eligibility
Exchanges may be approved only if all conditions below are met:

Item is unwashed
Item is clean, odor-free, and unaltered
Item is returned in original condition
Exchange request is made within 7 days of delivery
Items showing signs of wear, washing, damage, or odor will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

Exchanges are processed once the returned item is received and inspected

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:

Provide clear photos of the item and packaging
If approved, we will replace the item or offer store credit at our discretion.
Damage caused by normal wear, improper washing, or customer misuse is not considered a defect.

Packages marked as “Delivered” by USPS are considered fulfilled and non-refundable.
